Tell us about your piano — upright or grand, approximate age and weight, current location (floor, staircase access, doorway width), and destination. Grand pianos and large uprights require more planning and crew than smaller instruments. We'll quote accurately based on your specific piano.
We arrive with a piano board (skid), professional piano straps, heavy-duty moving blankets, and floor protection. Grand pianos require leg removal and special rigging — we handle all of it.
Our crew uses proper technique throughout — never tilting an upright too far, never rushing a staircase carry, never dragging across floors. The piano is padded, strapped to the board, and controlled at every stage of the move.
We maneuver the piano into your desired room and position it exactly where you want it. Floor protection stays in place until the piano is set. One note: pianos typically need tuning 2–4 weeks after a move, once they've acclimated to the new environment — we always mention this so clients can plan ahead.
